  • If an item is in stock, it usually takes around 5 business days to ship. While we aren’t cheetahs by any measure, we want to get your new merch into your hands as quickly as we can!

  • Our webstore is currently set up for orders to US and Canada only. However, we are happy to ship to all of our friends! Just reach out via the contact form, email, or Instagram, and we’ll discuss the best options for getting our goods to your corner of the cat tree.

  • If you ask nicely, we will consider it (though we may ask you to cover shipping). However, if your email involves hissing, scratching, or insults, we will likely retract our claws and blame the carrier. Kindness goes a long way.

    Keep in mind, all orders will be shipped via USPS, so you can also file a claim through them.

  • Technically yes, but we prefer not to. Merging orders manually often creates a giant hairball of confusion in our system. It is much safer to place a separate order. If we catch it, we might combine them and refund the shipping difference, but no guarantees.

  • No. We wait until the whole litter is ready. Your order will only ship once every item is in stock. If you want your in-stock treats right away, please place two separate orders.

  • Refunds: We don’t do cash refunds, but we will provide store credit (a discount code) for the amount spent.

    Exchanges: Only if the item is returned in pristine condition (not used as a scratching post). The buyer covers all shipping costs.

  • You will receive a USPS tracking number once your order is shipped!

  • You can contact us directly and we’ll give you the latest status of the release in question.

  • Not at the moment. You will get a nice slab of wax, though! As for distro releases, it’s a bit of a cat-and-mouse game! We usually don't know if other labels included a code until the records arrive.

  • First, give us a moment (see question #1). Second, check your Junk Folder. Some of our replies end up in the digital litter box. If it’s strictly not there, feel free to reach out via Instagram or email.
